1. About the Product

Memocraft produces custom decorative vinyl-sized art discs. Our products are 12" (30 cm) decorative pieces intended for wall display only. They are not playable records and will not function on a turntable or any audio playback device. By placing an order you confirm you understand the decorative nature of the product.

2. Ordering

You may preview AI-generated designs for free before purchasing. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a photo violates our content guidelines (see section 5).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include free standard shipping. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

4. Production & Shipping

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 7–10 business days. Standard delivery adds a further 5–10 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide. Once an order enters production, changes to the design or shipping address may not be possible — contact us as soon as possible if you need to make amendments.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Your Photos & Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to use it (it is your own photo or you have permission from the person pictured). You grant Memocraft a limited licence to process and print your photo solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without your consent.

You must not upload photos that contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or any content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing such content.

7. AI-Generated Designs

Designs are generated using AI and are unique to each order. While we strive for high-quality results, the final AI output may vary in style and detail. You will have the opportunity to review and approve your design before confirming your order. Colour reproduction on physical prints may differ slightly from digital previews.

8. Limitation of Liability

Memocraft's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
